Matt and Shari have been respected experts in the home improvement and decorating industries for years. Their first endeavor was the HGTV hit show, Room by Room, which ran for 14 years and 350 episodes (the longest running decorating show in history). Since then, they have authored instructional books, written newspaper columns, produced many television specials, and performed at home shows across the country. They are currently back on their air with their show Around the House on PBS and the Create Network.
Lauren Higl- Marketing Manager
After earning her Bachelor’s in Public Relations and Marketing from Baldwin-Wallace College, Lauren came to work in the marketing department at Progressive Foam in 2009. Lauren handles brand management, trade show and event planning, website and social media management, promotional campaigns and more. She currently lives in Bolivar, Ohio and enjoys spending her time free time kayaking, camping, watching movies and traveling.
Pat Culpepper- Founder and President
Pat has been involved with the foam business since 1973. He has championed the acceptance of expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam as a thermal support for vinyl siding. Pat is active in trade associations, serving on the Board of Directors of the EPS Molders Association (EPSMA) and the Vinyl Siding Insitute (VSI). Along with wife Robin, Pat leads the activities of the Culpepper Foundation, a charitable organization dedicated to meeting the physical, spiritual and educational needs of people around the world.
Tim Holt- Director of Product Development & Innovation
Tim has been with Progressive Foam since 1992, and is currently the Director of Product Development and Innovation, but also oversees all code and regulatory matters and provides technical support for all internal and external stakeholders of the company. He is an active member in the following organizations: EPSMA, VSI, the ICC, ASTM, NAHB, NARI and RESNET. Outside of work, Tim spends time with his four children and rides Harley-Davidsons with his wife.
